Returns Policy

We provide a flexible returns process, allowing you up to one month in specific cases to change your mind about your purchase! More details are outlined below. Outside of these cases, the standard 14-day return period applies. When sending an item back, please include your order number or a copy of your confirmation email so we can handle your return efficiently.

Cancelled Orders –

If your item is in perfect condition, still sealed, and hasn’t been used—exactly as it was when delivered—you can return it as an unwanted purchase within 30 days of receiving it. This applies to orders placed on or after Tuesday, 1st June 2021.

You’ll need to cover the shipping costs and ensure the item arrives back to us in the same condition it was sent.

If the returned item doesn’t meet these standards, we reserve the right to reject it.

To keep things fair, you can return up to 6 items under this policy. Beyond that, the 14-day terms kick in. The lifetime cap for returns under this policy is £150 (including VAT) per customer.

If you go over this limit, we may decline your return. Even if we accept a return above this amount once, it doesn’t guarantee we’ll do so again—each case will be reviewed individually.

This policy is limited to one use per household or address and is designed for personal buyers, not those purchasing for resale.

We may choose not to honor this policy if we believe it’s being misused, with Card Chase Ltd. having the final say on what counts as misuse. By returning items under this policy, you agree this is reasonable.

Your legal rights remain unaffected by this policy.

This extended policy does not cover trading card products (like single cards or unsealed items)—for those, only the standard 14-day return period applies.

{For orders between Wednesday, 23rd May 2018, and Monday, 31st May 2021, sealed trading card products were included, but they no longer are.}

This is because trading card game prices can change rapidly.

Refunds will be issued as quickly as possible, within 30 days of us receiving the returned items.

Please note that wholesale accounts are only eligible to return faulty items, not under this policy.

Trading card game products include sealed items and single cards from games like Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, and Yu-Gi-Oh!, as well as Flesh and Blood, Digimon, Cardfight!! Vanguard, and similar games with booster packs and fluctuating card values.

The extended policy mainly applies to board games and miniature games that retain resale value long after release.

Damaged or Faulty Goods –

If something arrives broken or faulty, let us know within 30 days of delivery. We’ll resolve it for you at no extra cost. After this period, we may decline the request or charge a fee for handling it.

Note: Damaged cards inside blind packed products like Booster packs –

In the event that a particular card is damaged inside a pack, we will only be able to replace the booster pack as being faulty ( the product purchased ) and not the individual cards inside. In the rare event that this happens to you, we recommend you contacting the manufacturer about your damaged card to see if they can assist you with a replacement.

Other Returns – 

If your order arrives damaged, we sent the wrong item, or there’s a manufacturing defect, reach out to us at contact@cardchase.co.uk. Many defects can be fixed with a quick email to the manufacturer. If we can assist you, we will pay for the delivery cost for the return of the item.

Pre-order Cancellations –

You can cancel a pre-order and get a full refund anytime before it ships, typically one day before the release date (or the same day for Magic: The Gathering). If the price drops after you order, we’ll refund the difference or give you store credit up until dispatch.

Quality Guarantee –

Card Chase stands by the quality of our products. Everything we sell is authentic and genuine, and unless stated otherwise, items will be in pristine condition.
