Domestic Delivery

Card Chase aims to dispatch all items within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note that this does not guarantee same-day dispatch unless a next-day delivery service is selected and the order is placed before 6 PM. If an item with a next-day delivery service is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, Card Chase will not be held responsible.

We provide several shipping options through our postal and courier partners, including Royal Mail, DHL, and Parcelforce. Depending on your location within the UK, you may incur a slightly higher delivery charge to reflect the increased costs from our partners.

Sent via Tracked RM24. Orders placed before 6 PM (Monday–Friday) arrive the next day. Orders before 12 PM Saturday or 10 AM Sunday arrive the next working day (typically Monday). Orders after these times are dispatched the following working day. Delivered Monday–Saturday (excluding bank holidays).
Next Working Day (Courier)

Sent via Tracked DHL 24 or Parcelforce 24. Orders placed before 5:30 PM (Monday–Friday) arrive the next day. Orders after this time are dispatched the following working day. Delivered Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays). Typically used for large orders, but we may upgrade any order if necessary.

Please note that estimated delivery times are approximations and may vary depending on the courier. Card Chase is not responsible for delays beyond our control. If you believe your order is lost, damaged, or if you have other concerns, please contact our customer service team.

Card Chase cannot issue refunds or replacements until an investigation with the postal or courier service is complete, which may take up to 28 working days from the original dispatch date in some cases.
