What is your returns policy for trading cards?
You may return any sealed graded single cards that are in the same condition as they were sent. All other singles are non-returnable.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us so we can assist you with a replacement.
In the rare occasion that your cards inside a Booster pack arrive damaged, please contact us so we can assist you with advice and a potential replacement. Please note that we do not have any control over the quality of the print of any products provided.
After receiving a confirmation email that your refund has been approved, your refund will be paid back into the payment method used within 7 working days.
You may cancel your pre-order up to 1 week before the product is due to be released. Please cancel the order on the orders page.
At the moment we only ship within the UK.
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, MasterCard, Debit Cards and Paypal.

Any discounts offered will be calculated at the checkout page. If you would like to make a very large order ( for example over 10 cases of Booster boxes ), please contact us.
